Peach Blossoms Motherhood Session with Christine and Elora

When your family owns an orchard with the most beautiful fruit trees, you must take advantage! I have been photographing Christine and her family for a few years but this was my first time in the orchard when the fruit trees bloom these amazing flowers. Most commonly spring is known for cherry blossoms but did you know that most fruit trees bloom flowers? We were in the peach trees for this session but I will be sharing the mini sessions I hosted in the apple trees next! The peach trees give off this incredible magenta color while the apple trees give off a white/light pink color. We walked through the trees during golden hour, this past April, and it could not have been more perfect.

Golden hour is called “golden” for a reason. It happens one hour before sunset, each day and gives off this incredible light that just can be replicated. Most of my outdoor sessions are scheduled during this time, if possible. Christine also has an amazing blog and social media following so we did a few head shots at the end of the session.
